DAILY BREAD : HOLDING ONTO GOD

Nightly Prayer

Philippians 4:13-14 New King James Version (NKJV)

13 I can do all things through [a]Christ who strengthens me.

Inspiration:

God says yes when everyone says no. That is a powerful benefit we have from serving HIM ! We must remember that GOD breaks into the natural order for our deliverance. Fight the good fight of faith. In JESUS Name, you already have the victory.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus Christ, help me to see that You already have the victory. I don’t have to stay awake worrying. You give sleep to those you love. Help me to remain confident in You and NOT in myself. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Thank God, Amen.

SELAH MOMENTS: JUST TAKE A BREATHER

Philippians 4:13-14 New King James Version (NKJV)

13 I can do all things through [a]Christ who strengthens me.

14 Nevertheless you have done well that you shared in my distress.

Inspiration:

Everyone has that day. That day when our boss is angry or something is wrong with our car. Sometimes we get so worked up and all God wants us to do is be still. Rest in the Psalms. Take your time to rest and wait on God, for HE is coming soon to help you in the midnight hour.

Prayer:

God, please help me to calm and quiet my soul. Remind me that no weapon formed against me shall prosper. Through every circumstance you are with me, your rod and staff comfort me. Help me to be still in this season. In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Thank God, Amen.

Dates With Jesus : The Chosen

A little testimony …

When I was younger I was severely sexually abused. Also, I was abused a child. Growing up girls in Highschool hated me … so I suffered alot growing up.

A Time To Heal…..

When God told me to get away from my family May 2019… I just didnt believe what would happen… happened. I was betrayed so much and I was severly depressed. I had hit a emotional rock bottom… on top of that God was delivering me from abusive relationships and showing me that love was not sex…. or money. It was painful.

During this time of healing I felt almost spoiled by God. No I did not have alot of money but I had a lot of heavenly love from the king. For days I did not work a normal job, but God gave me grace and time to heal. My normal almost healthy routine went down to me eating brownies and chips… and God didnt condemn me for it. Also, I WATCHED ALOT OF Faith INSPIRED MOVIES… God was giving me my joy back (Nehemiah 8:10).

During this time, I was so depressed that there were days I could not get up. I literally depended on God for physical , mental, emotional, and spiritual strength. It was nobody but God.

****

On this Date, I cuddled with Jesus and binged watched The Chosen.. I loved it because it was so funny. It was giving me joy in dark times (Nehemiah 8:10).

****

Sometimes we make healing overspirtual… And sometimes we as humans are just mean. We have to learn how to heal. The Bible says,

As God heals you learn the value of wisdom and learn the value of companionship…. Jesus walked with His disciples, but He went to Heaven alone.

Amen,

Diamond

Promise Keeper

John 3:16

“What then shall we say that Abraham our father has found according to the flesh?” –  Romans 4: 1

The Bible says in Genesis 12:1-4, “Now the LORD had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed. So Abram departed as the LORD has spoken to him, and Lot went with him. And Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Har’an.”

For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God.” – Romans 4:2

Abraham was honored by God because of his faith. The Bible says in Genesis 24:1, “Now Abraham was old, well advanced in age; and the LORD had blessed Abraham in all things.” The promise that God has given Abram (who later became Abraham) was contrary to human belief, but Abrahams obedience was inspired by his faith. The Bible says in 1 Samuel 15: 22 -23, “So Samuel said: “Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, As in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is iniquity and idolatry, Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, He also has rejected you from being king.” We may offer a work unto God, but that does not mean it was done from obedience. Obedience is trusting Him when it does not make sense, when the world is contrary to what He is saying.

“ For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” – Romans 4:3

There is nothing that we can do to repay God for his beloved son (Jesus Christ.) Infact, He loved us so much that He sent His only begotten Son Jesus to die on the cross for us as it reads in John 3:16-17, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” God requires our obedience and faith. When we are obedient, and we are faithful, we are aligned with the promise of God. The Bible says in Matthew 5:12, “Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” The Word of God shows us that God has promised us a great reward. In return, we must trust God in the midst of trials, persecution, affliction, and tribulation.

“Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt. But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness.” – Romans 4:4-5

The Bible says in Psalm 116:12-14-, “What shall I render to the LORD For all His benefits toward me? I will take up the cup of salvation, And call upon the name of the LORD. I will pay my vows to the LORD Now in the presence of all His people.” This shows that we are matchless to the Lord our God. We must  offer praise, obedience, and faith so that our God will see us through. The Lord hears His people and values those who are righteous in His sight, for The Bible says in Psalm 34:15-18, “The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry. The face of the LORD is against those who do evil, To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles. The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.”  Our faith in God, puts us in alignment to be heard in the darkest of times by God, but we cannot be righteous if there is not faith.

Prayer

Father God In The Name of Jesus, Lord I abhor myself as in Job 42:6 , “Therefore I abhor myself, And repent in dust and ashes.” I repent for allowing fear and doubt to question the promise that YOU gave me. I will no longer entertain those spirits because THE BIBLE SAYS in II Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”  Lord YOU gave me promise and for this I will trust YOU because The Biblesays in Numbers 23:19, “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?” Lord I will trust YOU even when the winds are contrary to The Word of God. I Love YOU Lord. If any sin should hinder this prayer, I ask that You forgive me. In Jesus Name, I pray. Thank God, Amen.

Thank you for reading this post…. Love,
