Joshua 1:8-9 New Living Translation (NLT)

⁸Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. ⁹This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

In our day to day lives we have to be determined to hold on to what we have … don’t be paranoid and don’t live in fear but know that God is with you. Care more for other people, take your Bible with you to work you’re going to need it. Read The Bible and pray for those who have cancer. Cherish every moment God gives you because life is so short. Let Him heal you from every pain and know that He really does care about you.

⁵But he was pierced for our rebellion,
crushed for our sins.
He was beaten so we could be whole.
He was whipped so we could be healed.

A Woman Who Fears The Lord

When you look in the Book of Exodus you encounter many divine deliverance’s from God. Immediately in the beginning of Exodus, you are introduced to the History of the children of Israel and what there current situation is.

Your job matters

I think the medical ministry is beautiful because God can use you at the right place and the right time. How beautiful is it, to be a Christian in medicine …

Exodus 1:15-16 New Living Translation (NLT)

¹⁵Then Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, gave this order to the Hebrew midwives, Shiphrah and Puah: ¹⁶“When you help the Hebrew women as they give birth, watch as they deliver.^[a] If the baby is a boy, kill him; if it is a girl, let her live.”

In this passage the two midwives feared God and obeyed their beliefs. Because they obeyed God, God honored them and gave them their own families (Exodus 1:20 NLT). So today or when the situation arises… and someone doesn’t know if they are going to keep their child or faced with the idea of abortion, remember this verse .

Exodus 1:17 New Living Translation (NLT)

¹⁷But because the midwives feared God, they refused to obey the king’s orders. They allowed the boys to live, too.

God is going to honor you for being obedient. Children are a reward. And as we begin to move forward we need to step up, stop taking plan B, control ourselves, and flee sexual immorality. Not only that, as Christians we say NO TO ABORTIONS! And Plan B is included in this.

So if you know someone who has children or is preparing for motherhood… why don’t you be kind? Buy some pampers, order some things on Amazon for them… Help them get formula.. Be kind and show the love of God because He is watching you… and if you please King, He will reward you.

Father I pray,

That we as Christians will become bold. I pray that we will not get abortions and we will stop Plan B… I pray that we don’t abuse our children and according to Malachi 3: 17-18 NLT we love our children ..I pray there is a difference and the people may see that we serve Jehovah. Amen

Goodnight Devotion: Be Brave

Esther 4:11-17 The Message (MSG)

^9-11Hathach came back and told Esther everything Mordecai had said. Esther talked it over with Hathach and then sent him back to Mordecai with this message: “Everyone who works for the king here, and even the people out in the provinces, knows that there is a single fate for every man or woman who approaches the king without being invited: death. The one exception is if the king extends his gold scepter; then he or she may live. And it’s been thirty days now since I’ve been invited to come to the king.”

^12-14When Hathach told Mordecai what Esther had said, Mordecai sent her this message: “Don’t think that just because you live in the king’s house you’re the one Jew who will get out of this alive. If you persist in staying silent at a time like this, help and deliverance will arrive for the Jews from someplace else; but you and your family will be wiped out. Who knows? Maybe you were made queen for just such a time as this.”

^15-16Esther sent back her answer to Mordecai: “Go and get all the Jews living in Susa together. Fast for me. Don’t eat or drink for three days, either day or night. I and my maids will fast with you. If you will do this, I’ll go to the king, even though it’s forbidden. If I die, I die.”

¹⁷Mordecai left and carried out Esther’s instructions.

Man Cannot Boast

Exodus 14:14 tells us that God will fight our battles. You have to understand that God does not see as man sees. There are somethings that you MUST Fast and Pray through. It is the only way that your deliverance will come. I charge you tonight, today, this week, and forever to focus less on money for your deliverance and more on JESUS! Money can only get you so far and you do need it… but you cant serve it. Eventually your wealth will run out and spout wings (Ecclesiastes 5:10-11) but God’s provision is everlasting. The Bible says

Pray his provision over your life ! Amen !

There was a man named Jabez who was more honorable than any of his brothers. His mother named him Jabez because his birth had been so painful. He was the one who prayed to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and expand my territory! Please be with me in all that I do, and keep me from all trouble and pain!” And God granted him his request.
