Morning Prayer :

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Inspiration :

Before any man can come to God for mercy, he must first have faith to believe both that God exists and that God will make Himself known to those who seek Him with all their heart. All who truly seek God, find Him, for He lets Himself be found of such.

Prayer :

God, I believe not only that You exist but also that You will reward those who diligently seek You. You will be found of those whose hearts truly wish to find You. You will give righteousness to those who hunger and thirst after it, and You will satisfy the longings of those who thirst after God.

I'm On God's Time

“What does that have to do with you and me, woman?” Jesus asked. “My hour has not yet come.” “Do whatever he tells you,” his mother told the servants. Now six stone water jars had been set there for Jewish purification. Each contained twenty or thirty gallons. “Fill the jars with water,” Jesus told them. So they filled them to the brim. Then he said to them, “Now draw some out and take it to the headwaiter.” And they did.

Here’s the thing about life as a Christian … According to Ecclesiastes 3 we are on a different time-clock than those who do not believe. Why ? Because we have to wait.

How long did it take Jesus to be raised – 3 days (1 Corinthians 15:4)

How many days did Esther fast – 3 days ( Esther 4:15)

How many days did Paul fast after his conversion – 3 days (Acts 9:9)

And even still there are many stories in the Bible of those who had to wait YEARS like Joseph and decades like David for their time.

One of the worst things someone can do in life and ministry is move ahead of God. The Bible tells us in Deuteronomy 1:45,

When you returned, you wept before the Lord , but he didn’t listen to your requests or pay attention to you.

That is the consequence of moving ahead or without God ! He won’t hear you ! So in this season just be STILL ! BE STILL and know that He is God. Stop worrying so much about your life and learn the power of a quiet spirit (Psalms 131).

Prayer

Lord help me to be content and not worry about things that do not concern me. Help me to focus on prayer (Psalms 91) and trusting you through the process. In Jesus Name I pray thank God Amen.

Help me to remember that Your fruit is better than gold. I need not to be envious of the wicked. I will look and they will be no more. Help me to see that I can put my complete and utter trust in you, and I shall prosper in all that I do. In Jesus Name, I pray. Thank God, Amen.

Sometimes we face persecution of our faith at the workplace. But this is not the time to bow. This is the time to be like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and endure the blazing fire. After the fire is a promotion. If you bow you will not receive one. In Jesus’ name.
