Listen carefully

During our hard times we have to trust God. This is our time to trust God like never before. We have to know that we serve the King of Kings and Lord of Lords He will protect us during all trials and tribulations.

  • During this devotion write down who God is to you.
  • Worship God for who He is (Psalms 29:2)
  • Remember that God has your life under control.

Prayer

Dear Lord Heavenly Father,

Keep us in your loving arms. Help us to remember the power of repentance and seeking Your perfect will daily. In Jesus Name, I pray. Thank God. Amen.

DAILY BREAD “FOR GOD SO LOVED US SO MUCH”

Daily Bread: For God Loved Us So Much

John 3:16-17 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)

16 For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten ([a]unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.

17 For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.

Inspiration:

Everyday I am reminded that we are living in the last days. The Bible says that no man knows the day or the hour. Today ask yourself. If Jesus came back today would I make it? Focus on developing the fruit of the spirit in your life. Do not worry so much about other peoples business. In Jesus Name, I pray. Thank God, Amen.

Prayer:

Dear Lord Heavenly Father,

Help me to remember that Your fruit is better than gold. I need not to be envious of the wicked. I will look and they will be no more. Help me to see that I can put my complete and utter trust in you, and I shall prosper in all that I do. In Jesus Name, I pray. Thank God, Amen.

DAILY BREAD DEVOTION

Psalm 1:4 English Standard Version (ESV)

The wicked are not so,
but are like chaff that the wind drives away.

We have to remember God through every season in our life. Through our failure remember how God forgave David for his sin with Bathsheba. In our disappointments remember how God gave Sarah the child that he promised. Through our victories remember that God honored the F.A.I.T.H. of Rahab. Without F.A.I.T.H. it is impossible to please God. Trust God no matter what.

Prayer

Lord my heart is not haughty. Quiet my soul JESUS to trust and to rest during the stormy seasons. Give me faith and strength to walk with you in the midst of dark times. Keep me surrounded by Your songs of deliverance. In Jesus Name, I pray. Thank God, Amen.

Daily Bread: Trusting God During Hard Times

Psalm 105:40-41 Expanded Bible (EXB)

40 When they asked, he brought them quail
and filled them with bread from heaven [Ex. 16].
41 God ·split [L opened] the rock, and water flowed out;
it ran like a river through the ·desert [wasteland; Ex. 17:1–7].

Sometimes when we face challenges and difficulties, we get frustrated. That is a normal human reaction. However, in these moments remember The Word of God. Remember that He already has everything worked out. Continue with your day and know that God will see you through.

Prayer:

Dear Lord Heavenly Father,

Help me to remember that through You I shall prosper (Psalms 1:3). Help me to trust you through adversity and circumstance. I repent for all my sin. Keep me in your loving arms. In Jesus Name, I pray. Thank God, Amen.
