VERSE OF THE DAY

Joshua 1:8-9 Good News Translation (GNT)

Be sure that the book of the Law is always read in your worship. Study it day and night, and make sure that you obey everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Remember that I have commanded you to be determined and confident! Do not be afraid or discouraged, for I, the Lord your God, am with you wherever you go.”

Beautiful words fill my mind, as I compose this song for the king. Like the pen of a good writer my tongue is ready with a poem.
Psalm 45:1 GNTD

THE JOY OF THE LORD IS MY STRENGTH

Daily Prayer :

And Nehemiah continued, “Go and celebrate with a feast of rich foods and sweet drinks, and share gifts of food with people who have nothing prepared. This is a sacred day before our Lord. Don’t be dejected and sad, for the joy of the Lord is your strength!” And the Levites, too, quieted the people, telling them, “Hush! Don’t weep! For this is a sacred day.”
Nehemiah 8:10‭-‬11 NLT

Inspiration :

With so much going on, for some it would be hard to find joy in God. In the midst of this we must remember that God is exalted and the devil is defeated. We must remember that God still reigns over the government. We must remember that God still sits and judges us as the King pleases. Not my will but your will be done.

Prayer :

Remind us daily Jesus, that You reign. Every knee shall bow at your name (Philippians 2:9-11). I thank you for your goodness and mercy towards us. In Jesus Name. I pray, thank God. Amen.

Finding God Again

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin.
Hebrews 4:15 NIV

***

So lately I have had a midlife spiritual crisis… and yes at the age of 23 … a crisis. I have contemplated leaving God and moving on with my life. But I keep thinking about Jesus on the cross.

When you’re called and chosen by God… You have like Jesus moments… seasons… and years. You have seasons where people will see you down and broken…. and they lie on you like Jesus…

and they schemed to arrest Jesus secretly and kill him. “But not during the festival,” they said, “or there may be a riot among the people.”
Matthew 26:4‭-‬5 NIV
https://bible.com/bible/111/mat.26.4-5.NIV

they mock you because they are jealous of you… like Jesus

Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, “He has spoken blasphemy! Why do we need any more witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy. What do you think?” “He is worthy of death,” they answered. Then they spit in his face and struck him with their fists. Others slapped him and said, “Prophesy to us, Messiah. Who hit you?”
Matthew 26:65‭-‬68 NIV
https://bible.com/bible/111/mat.26.65-68.NIV

and they will lie on you and say you are a deceiver …. like Jesus….

They spit on him, and took the staff and struck him on the head again and again. After they had mocked him, they took off the robe and put his own clothes on him. Then they led him away to crucify him. When they had crucified him, they divided up his clothes by casting lots. He trusts in God. Let God rescue him now if he wants him, for he said, ‘I am the Son of God.’ ” “Sir,” they said, “we remember that while he was still alive that deceiver said, ‘After three days I will rise again.’
Matthew 27:30‭-‬31‭, ‬35‭, ‬43‭-‬43‭, ‬63 NIV
https://bible.com/bible/111/mat.27.30-63.NIV

…. like Jesus.

I came to tell you…

We are in the last days. There is so much pain coming… But here is the thing. After Jesus being crucified there was his glory the RISEN KING and SAVIOR. Endure this pain now. God is about to restore the family values.

As I Wait

God is showing me that he is about to restore the value of family…. and the proper order of family is important to God. The Husband is the head of the household (that does not mean that he can beat you and you act like nothing is happening), the wife (the importance and value of being a homemaker and caring for your children) , and children (I believe that God is about to raise a godly generation that comes from godly parents).

During These Tough Seasons

Let God mold your character… Its not always about a pulpit or platform… if God cannot trust you inside of your own H.O.U.S.E. how can HE trust you in HIS ?

You, however, must teach what is appropriate to sound doctrine. Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance. Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good. These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you.
Titus 2:1‭-‬5‭, ‬12‭-‬15 NIV
