You never know when love is going to happen. It might actually happen on your lunch time in between shifts.. Say ( as a woman ) , the man you have been eyeing for a long time offers to massage something on your body in the computer room at work. I mean there is nothing wrong with that, it’s not inappropriate. Nobody walked into the room , and you and that man were alone.

Truth is, it’s the beginning to something special that is leading to marriage. Do something out the box so that you can enjoy the gift of marriage. There is nothing wrong with a little massage at work..

When looking for employment it is important to keep a clean background so that you can have the finer things in life. You want your background check to be approved when they ask for :

  • Personal information ( name, social security number)
  • Employment history
  • Addresses where you have lived within the last 7 years

Some times when you are doing a background check there might be a investigative disclosure. That is important to remember so try and keep your social media as clean as possible. Stay focused. Your background check will be approved. Do your part and God will do his in order to help you in your working career.

What Is Marriage ?

Marriage is a decision between a man and a woman to come together in unison and love to become husband and wife ? But can marriage be a business move ? Absolutely yes. Ecclesiastes says that two can stand against persecution together. But it’s not good for someone to be alone. With that being said , in marriage a union can be used as a business move to advance yourself.

Two people with income coming in makes it easier to buy a house , and afford a life that you want. Also , now there is something going on with buying a car that you need a co-signer , and it’s best to get the person you are married to co-sign that car.

Be Smart When Getting Married

When you think of marriage , be smart .. How can this person benefit you ? You have to team up and work together to achieve your desired result. What you want could take 20 years , but if you get married it could happen overnight. You have to be smart in your decision making and understanding the benefits of marriage.

Now some of you say what about love ? Baby love can leave you broke and homeless with no money , and wishing you had made a better decision. Love is just a “feeling”, and it does fade and if youre not careful it can indeed turn into serious hatred. Love is not enough to pay bills and provide a life for yourself. Yes love is a benefit , but you have to be business minded when it comes to your money and well being .Some call it a contract marriages – getting married for money while I’m the military.. but I call it being smart to achieve something that you want in a quickest amount of time.

Being a single parent is not easy especially when already have a set schedule in place.. Sometimes you can feel a resistance in the spirit realm about your schedule , but now that God is the glue and binder to keep your schedule in place. For example ( my daughter Ruth) is enrolled in a private daycare and school. The recent hospital visit about her colon was totally unexpected but God is indeed a healer. So Ruth was approved to go back to school on Monday June 16, 2025 and she will be in daycare and continue daycare. As her mother yes , I loved her.. But resilience is the key. I have to work and provide. I don’t have time to lay in bed and cuddle all day because that’s a irresponsible parent. But because I am a responsible parent I know that the show must go on , and my baby girl ( Ruth ) has to go back to daycare on Monday.. So parents don’t feel bad about carrying on , you have to keep going and you have continue being a responsible parent.

Don’t forget that God created Adam and Eve. The original intent for love was for man and woman. I think love should be celebrated and explored and welcomed as a great tool to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

But what about social media ? There are so many eyes out there all looking at your profile , but the word of God says through the Epistles of Timothy that God did not give us the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

If God has blessed you with a even a ounce of companionship don’t be afraid to post on social media what God has done for you. God has great plans. God is writing your love story right now. God is working things out for your good.

So today don’t live in fear , post that picture ( or that screenshot of that text message) , do something that shows that God original plan was of a man and a woman – and the blessing of the Lord will be on your life and on that situation.

Micro-Dating

What is Micro-Dating ? Well in a world of economic turmoil that is happening world-wide , but particularly in the USA – people rarely have time to sit down and go on a date because of money , time , and finances. Many people find themselves having to juggle and balance hold 2-4 jobs at a time – which leaves a small amount of time to recall fully “date”. But you can “micro-date”. But how ? Well a quick date , immediately after work such as ;

  • Grabbing a cup of coffee from Starbucks immediately in the morning after your work shift – This gives you 1 hours to actually get to know your interest and ask a few questions about who they are and what do they like to do.. This can range from $2 – $30 micro date , which is quick , easy , and affordable !
  • Getting a quick bite to eat at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts – This makes you like urban and shows your love interest that you’re not super religious and that you are someone that they can talk to and ultimately get to know in the long run . This micro – date can range from $5 – $50, and you can sit there and enjoy a cup of coffee and get to know each other ..
  • Going on a walk and using it as a time to exercise together ! A walk is absolutely free of charge , and it can be a good idea for a picnic to sit down and talk and open up to each other . Why don’t you grab a blanket , some fruit , or some food that your significant other likes and take time to enjoy each other presence !

Taking time to enjoy micro dating , can lead to bigger dating and actually going a wonderful more expensive dates that can become actually engagement proposal . Dates like :

  • Dinner on a yacht ( boat )!
  • A boat tour of the city
  • A fun date like the arcade

There are so many great ideas that you could think of. Also, bring boyfriend/ girlfriend to church and introduce them to the faith of Christ !

The moral of the story is , the word of God says that faith without works is dead. If you want a spouse , then you need to do your part and actually date someone and get to know them so that you can become husband and wife !
